While we have been working on this for months, the official first day of business is July 1st. I actually got to see a copy of the first catalog a couple of days ago and it totally exceeded my expectations! I can't wait until my kit arrives so that I can start sharing it!

After much anticipation, the very first Biltmore Inspirations catalog has been completed! It can be viewed at www.biltmoreinspirations.com/catalog/

I should have them in hand within the next two weeks and I cannot wait to start sharing it with everyone! What an exciting time to be a part of this new company!

Our Products

I am so excited to start sharing the Biltmore products at our parties in July! Each product is inspired by the Estate, so each item has it's own story...how awesome is that?!  Here are a few of the product photos that I have to date

Don't you just love these Candle Holders?! This has got to be my favorite item that I have seen. I have no idea where I will put them but I will have to make room for something this fabulous. The finish on the candlesticks were inspired by the exterior of the Biltmore Estate and its Limestone finish which is absolutely beautiful! Catalogs are coming very soon....

We had our very first Inspirational Meeting last week in Atlanta and I was blown away by the products...they are all beautiful pieces and the quality is top-notch!

We were able to try the foods that each hostess will be given for her party and they were delicious. I can't wait until our first parties in July. This will truly be a different party experience for the hostess and the guests. Imagine having your girlfriends over,  hanging out in the kitchen, sampling foods that you were given for the party and just catching up with one another. How easy is that?!

I feel so blessed to have this opportunity with such an incredible company! I can't wait to get out there and share it with others!



A Little Bit About Me and This Blog

So...here it goes. I am an addict...I cannot get enough of these decorating and home-improvement blogs...no matter how many hours I read them!  You blogging pros out there have me convinced that I can do anything I want to my house, all by myself.

 So, when we bought this foreclosure a couple of months ago and I decided to start my new business, it seemed only logical that I would start a blog to share all the happenings on both fronts. After all, the two somewhat go hand-in-hand. This house definitely needed some TLC and thanks to my Dad for spending countless hours on it, we are now living in it. I will post some "Before" pics soon but first let me prepare you....start envisioning an empty house, once occupied by several rowdy teenagers and 7 (yes, 7 according to some neighbors reports) bulldogs. Its funny the stories that come with the house. I'm not sure if they are true or not, but it would definitely explain a few things.

So, I have a list of 687 things that I want to do to the house...I've already crossed off 3. I will be able to whittle the list down a whole lot more when my new business takes off in July. I am building a launch team with Biltmore Inspirations and couldn't be more excited about the opportunity! I will share how the 2 ventures can work together in a later post.
